Reservations & Cancellations

We require advance online reservations. Sessions are charged in full for cancellations made within 24 hours of your booking. Your reserved start time is firm, and late arrivals will not extend your session.

Groups

Each simulator bay accommodates up to 4 players. For a prompt start, we recommend arriving 5 minutes early to complete check-in and get settled.

Food & Drinks

Please enjoy snacks and beverages from our self-service vending machine. For safety and licensing reasons, outside food and beverages are not permitted. No alcohol is to be consumed on premises unless provided by a club sanctioned and permitted event.

No Smoking or Vaping

To maintain a comfortable environment for everyone, our entire facility is a non-smoking and non-vaping area. Please step outside and away from the building premises if you would like to partake.

Footwear

Spikeless golf shoes or sneakers are required. NO metal-spiked or plastic spiked golf shoes are permitted. Remember, you are responsible for any and all damages caused to the facilities by you or your guests' actions. Please remember: take care of the club and the club will take care of you.

Safety First

Only one person may swing at a time, and all play must remain within the designated hitting area. For everyone's safety, please follow all instructions posted on-site or presented by staff. We reserve the right to end any session early and without a refund due to unsafe or disruptive behavior.

Kids & Families

Guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

Personal Belongings

Hour Golf Club is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items. Please keep your belongings with you at all times.
